Life has a funny way of putting you right where you belong. It took 25 years, but here I am, loving every minute of this new venture - that's right, I'm a Real Estate "Agentpreneur"! (more on that later). Coming from a world of construction, design, planning and building, the career switch may not be so dramatic, but it's given me a newfound passion. And that passion will translate into positive experiences and successes with my clients. That much I can guarantee, or your money back! Don't get me wrong though, I have no regrets. My 25 years working at the University of Miami, for the department of Facilities Design and Construction, has allowed me to grow, learn, and achieve great successes building for the community - from state of the art healthcare facilities like the Lennar Foundation Medical Center, to simulation hospitals for our nursing students, to residence halls, and to many other interesting, important and quite diverse portfolio of projects that have been very rewarding and give me great pride to have been a part of. One thing's for sure, I will always bleed orange and green! As I look back and reminisce, the greatest personal achievement in those 25 years, is the relationships I've built across the spectrum of builders, architects, engineers, designers, consultants, municipal leaders, world renown scientists, physicians and I can go on and on - incredible people with incredible minds working to make the world a better place. And that brings us back to where I am today, the business of real estate is a business of people and relationships. I intend to thrive and shine as I bring with me all the tools necessary for success. So what is an Agentpreneur you might ask? In a nutshell, exactly what it sounds like, a real estate agent with an entrepreneurial mindset. But it goes a little beyond that.
