Julio Guzman currently manages Avanti Way Realty Homestead branch. As a Homestead FL resident for over 30 years, Julio Guzman received his real estate license in 2003. He quickly became well versed in the South Florida Market and gained recognition as a high volume agent. In 2005, he received his real estate broker license quickly recruited and trained a top-ranked team of agents to provide real estate related services to the entire community.
