Julio Guzman currently manages Avanti Way Realty Homestead branch. As a Homestead FL resident for over 30 years, Julio Guzman received his real estate license in 2003. He quickly became well versed in the South Florida Market and gained recognition as a high volume agent. In 2005, he received his real estate broker license quickly recruited and trained a top-ranked team of agents to provide real estate related services to the entire community. Julio is extremely engaged in the community while serving on the Board of Governors with Miami Realtors Association and currently serves as the Chairman of the South Dade Chamber of Commerce. Julio attained an (MBA) Masters degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in 2013 and has utilized his business acumen and team building skills to grow team of highly competent and aggressive agents. Julio has successfully establish a prominent real estate team to help many families achieve home ownership.
