Hi, I’m Mariana Montes! I’m originally from Venezuela, hold a master’s degree in International Business, and speak both English and Spanish. I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, so business has always been part of my life. More importantly, I was raised to help others and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. I have 10 years of experience in different areas of real estate. I spent five years living in New York, where I was introduced to the industry and mentored in residential rentals and rental property management. In 2021, I moved to Miami and joined a real estate investment company. Today, I’m the director of one of its departments, a role that has allowed me to develop valuable experience in real estate investments, leadership, operations, technology, and client service. Now holding my real estate license with Avanti Way Realty, I bring together my industry experience, business background, and personal approach to help buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Miami and South Florida. I believe every client and every situation is unique, so I take the time to listen, understand their goals, and guide them through the process with honesty and care. Outside of real estate, I love traveling, discovering new cultures and great food, photography, and videography. I’m always looking for meaningful experiences, new perspectives, and special moments worth capturing.
